Refunds & Returns
As each piece is carefully prepared to order, all jewelry sales, including custom pieces, are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make things right.
To request assistance:
- Email us at support@littleloveletter.shop within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
- Attach clear photos of the item and original packaging as received
Once reviewed, we’ll provide next steps if your request is approved.
Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it.
After this timeframe, cancellations may no longer be possible as your order may already be in production or processing.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier and your local post office directly for assistance.
